Guard Rail - W Beam - HDG

Hot-dip galvanised W-beam rail for a single height, top mount car park and warehouse guard rail system rated to 30kN (AS/NZS 1170.1 Type F). The galvanised finish suits outdoor car parks and exposed sites with minimal upkeep.

Choose 1m, 2m or 4m. Each rail is 300mm longer than its cover length to allow for the splice overlap, so a 4m rail spans two 2m bays between posts. Designed for car parks, warehouses, loading docks and industrial sites. It is not a roadside (highway) barrier.

What you need for a complete run

• Base plate posts — 1 per 2m of run, plus 1
• W-beam rails — galvanised or safety yellow in 1m, 2m and 4m
• Splice bolts — 8 per rail joint
• Post bolts — 1 per post
• End treatment — bullnose end or rubber sock, 2 per run
• Corner connector — for internal or external corners
• Anchors — 1 x M20 x 155mm through bolt per post (not included, call us on 1300 291 700)
