How many posts do I need?

One every 2m, plus one. A 12m run needs 7 posts. Every run needs at least 3.

How is the post fixed down?

With one M20 x 155mm through bolt at 110mm embedment into a minimum 180mm slab of 32MPa concrete, at least 105mm from the slab edge.

Are anchors included?

No. Call 1300 291 700 and we will supply the correct M20 through bolt.

What happens on impact?

The post yields to absorb the impact, protecting the slab. Deflection is 101mm at the 30kN rated load. Replace any post that has yielded.

How does the rail attach?

Each rail bolts to the post with 1 mushroom head post bolt, sold separately.

Can I install it on asphalt or pavers?

No. The rating relies on the concrete slab spec above. Call us to discuss other surfaces.
