It includes stock picker trolleys with shelving, platform and hand trolleys of varying capacities, a standard pallet jack, drum and furniture dollies, and specialist trolleys such as the gas bottle and keg mate trolleys.

This range is aimed at warehouses and distribution centres needing order picker and stock picker trolleys, tradespeople and facilities teams moving furniture, drums or gas bottles, and any site looking to reduce manual handling risk when shifting heavy or awkward loads.

What's included:

  • Stock & order picker trolleys: 250kg-rated two-shelf stock picker trolleys and order picker trolleys with tub storage
  • Platform & hand trolleys: foldable and fixed platform trolleys, puncture-proof hand trolleys up to 300kg, and lightweight folding hand trolleys
  • Pallet jacks & load skates: a standard pallet jack plus 1 tonne and 2.5 tonne load skates for shifting heavy plant
  • Dollies: furniture dollies with rubber or timber decks and a heavy-duty 400kg drum dolly
  • Specialist trolleys: gas bottle trolley, keg mate trolley and mobile parts trolley with bin storage

FAQs

How do I choose between a pallet jack and a platform trolley?
A pallet jack is designed to lift and move palletised loads from underneath, while a platform trolley carries loose or boxed goods on a flat deck — most sites use a combination of both depending on how stock arrives and is stored.

Can these trolleys help reduce manual handling risk under WHS?
Yes, using an appropriately rated trolley, dolly or load skate instead of manual lifting is a common control measure for reducing manual handling injury risk, in line with the hazardous manual tasks provisions of the model WHS Regulations.

What load capacity should I look for?
Capacities in this range vary from around 60kg for a lightweight folding hand trolley up to 2.5 tonnes for a fixed load skate, so match the trolley or skate to your heaviest expected load rather than an average one.

Are pneumatic wheels better than solid wheels for these trolleys?
Pneumatic wheels, as fitted to the gas bottle and keg mate trolleys, generally roll more smoothly over uneven or outdoor surfaces, while solid wheels on platform and stock picker trolleys suit flat warehouse floors where puncture resistance matters more.
