Large Orders and Forklifts:
For large, bulky orders, make sure a forklift is available for unloading. Additional charges apply for redelivery with a tailgate truck.
Out-of-Stock Items:
If an item is out of stock, your order will be on hold until the item is available. This will be reflected in your confirmation email.
Delivery to PO Boxes:

Special Orders & Back-ordered items:
Special order items and back-ordered items are sourced from suppliers upon request. These items may take up to 10 business days to arrive in our warehouse for dispatch, and an additional 3-7 business days for delivery.
