Enjoy FREE Australia-wide shipping on online orders over $499 AUD (unless otherwise stated in a promotion).

Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. If an unexpected delay occurs, our team will contact you with an updated estimated dispatch timeframe.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Special Order & Back-Ordered Items

Some products may be classified as special order or temporarily back-ordered from our suppliers.

Where this occurs:

  • Orders are generally held until all items are available for dispatch
  • Typical supplier restock timeframes are up to 10 business days
  • We will notify you if extended delays are expected

For warehouse, commercial site, or bulk freight deliveries, customers must ensure appropriate unloading access is available. Additional freight charges may apply where special handling is required.

Eligible orders may qualify for free standard shipping promotions; however, exclusions apply.

Bulky & Oversized Items

Remote Area Deliveries

Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to remote or regional areas across Australia.

No PO Box Deliveries

Due to size, weight, and courier restrictions, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a valid street address.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the courier's system.

Authority To Leave (ATL)

If Authority To Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout or authorised directly with the courier, parcels may be left unattended at the delivery address.

Once delivery has been completed by the courier, eSafety Supplies is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

Orders may be returned to us if delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect shipping details
  • Failed collection attempts
  • Restricted site access
  • Inability to safely deliver the parcel

Additional re-delivery charges may apply for returned parcels.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

To assist with claims, please include photos of:
