Refunds & Returns Policy

Products can only be returned if: 

  • The product does not match the description on Website or catalog.
  • The product did not match the customer’s expectations.
  • The product is faulty or damaged.
    All products can be returned, as long as they are in original packaging and unused.

When and where do items need to be returned by?

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and returned to 37 Bentley Street, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164

Credit for returns?

100% credit will be provided, less shipping costs. Customer must pay for return shipping

To ensure a smooth Refund process, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Item Condition:
    • Returned items must be in their original condition.
    • No scratches, tears, or damages to the products.
    • Items must be attached in their original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date (only applicable for web orders) 
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% may be applicable.
  • Customized Orders: Refunds are not offered for customized orders, including Stair Nosing, Height Bars, Modular Rail, or Signage, Stencils, Powder coating 
  • Return Shipping:
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
    • Include the order number to process the return.
  • Payment Plans:
    • Latitude or Zippay returns follow the same process.
    • Your personal agreement with Latitude or Zippay remains, and any scheduled repayments continue.
  • Processing Time: Returns are processed within 10 business days from receiving the items.

Additional Information:

  • Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by us if the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds are typically processed within four weeks, including transit time and bank processing.

Please note that postage for returned goods is the responsibility of the sender. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, excluding the initial delivery charge unless the return aligns with statutory rights (e.g., faulty or incorrect items).
