That is completely fine. When you fill out the form, let us know and we can send one of our sales reps to assist you with what you need so we can ensure you get what you need. In fact, we actually prefer that.

Is pricing Ex GST or Inc GST?

Very good question, our quotation will be sent through with excluding GST figures but the GST amount will be totalled down the bottom of the quotation

Do you have Spec Data Sheets?

We sure do! They are located on each item under the data sheet tab on the bottom of the product page. Can't find it? Just ask us and we will be more than happy to send it through.

What is your product warranty period?

This ranges from 6 months to 10 years depending on the product. All products have it listed but if you want further clarification please reach out.

Can my project be installed after hours or on weekends ?

We can work around you, list that in the quotation form so we can ensure this is included in the quote we submit

Do eSafety Supplies do Site Audits?

We sure do. If you are concerned about your project or workplace and can't work out how to make it safer, that’s ok. We can attend the site and do a complete walk through and give you free advice on how to make your project or workplace a safer place.

Does eSafety provide to charities?

When can you install?

When the quotation is approved, we generally have a 2-3 day turn around time.

What is your Install warranty period?

We provide a lifetime warranty on the installation.
