At eSafety Supplies, we are committed to providing exceptional value while ensuring you receive quality products at competitive prices. If you find a lower price from a competitor, we will aim to beat their price by 5% (subject to eligibility criteria).

How to Request a Price Beat

1. Add to Quote Option

Simply add the product you would like the 5% Price Beat applied to by selecting the "Add to Quote" button on the product page.

Once you have added all required products:

     1. Click "View Quote"

     2. Complete your details

     3. During Step 2: Contact Information, attach your competitor quote or pricing evidence in the upload section

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility before applying the Price Beat.

2. Email

Email your competitor quote, invoice, or pricing evidence to:

sales@esafetysupplies.com.au

Please include:

  • Product details
  • Competitor pricing
  • Any relevant product specifications

If you prefer to discuss your request, call our team on 1300 291 700. Please note that written evidence of the competitor pricing must be provided before any Price Beat can be approved.


Important Information

To qualify for our 5% Price Beat Guarantee:

✅ The product must be identical or equivalent in specifications

✅ The product must currently be available from the competitor

✅ The competitor must offer same-day delivery or collection availability

✅ Valid proof of pricing must be provided (written quote, invoice, or website evidence)

✅ The Price Beat applies to individual products only, not entire quotes


Exclusions

The 5% Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Custom products (including custom signs)
  • Clearance or runout items
  • Sale items or promotional pricing
  • Limited-time offers or one-off deals
  • Bundle pricing or package deals
  • Freight or shipping costs
  • Installation costs

 

Additional Conditions

  • All Price Beat requests are subject to review and approval by eSafety Supplies.
  • Price Beat approval is subject to acceptable margin requirements.
  • eSafety Supplies reserves the right to decline requests where the eligibility criteria are not met or where the Price Beat would result in unsustainable pricing.
  • The 5% Price Beat applies only to genuine competitor pricing for comparable products.

eSafety Supplies reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time.
