What size is the Single IBC Spill Pallet?

1600mm x 1600mm, 710mm high. Square footprint, so it fits a standard IBC either way round.

Will a standard IBC fit?

Yes. Standard IBCs are 1200 x 1000mm; the 1600 x 1600 deck takes them with clearance.

Is the sump compliant?

1350 litres. AS 1940 requires 110% of the largest container; a 1000L IBC needs 1100L. This pallet exceeds it by 250L.

Can I dispense from the IBC on the pallet?

Yes, the 710mm deck gives tap clearance. A bolt-on dispensing well (TSSBB1T) that catches drips and overflows into the main sump is available on request.

How do I clean the sump?

Lift the deck out and pump out or open the drain plugs. Use an absorbent for residue.

Yes, UV-stabilised. Add the Single IBC Splatter Cover to keep rainwater out of the sump.

If you store two IBCs, the Dual IBC Spill Pallet costs about $240 more than this one and takes both.

On a pallet by truck, approx. 91kg. Forklift needed to unload. No PO Box delivery.
