What size is the Dual IBC Spill Pallet?

2560mm long, 1350mm wide, 510mm high. Allow forklift clearance on the long side.

Will it fit two standard IBCs?

Yes. Two 1000L IBCs with cages sit side by side on the deck. It also takes eight 205L drums.

Is the sump big enough to be compliant?

1140 litres. AS 1940 requires a bund to hold at least 110% of the largest container. A 1000L IBC needs 1100L, so this pallet exceeds it.

Can I dispense from an IBC on this pallet?

Yes, the deck height is 510mm so a standard IBC tap clears the edge. A bolt-on dispensing well (TSSBB2T) that catches drips and overflows into the main sump is available on request.

How do I clean the sump after a spill?

Lift out the grates and either pump out or open the drain plugs. Use an absorbent for the residue.

Yes. UV-stabilised polyethylene. A pallet cover is available on request to keep rainwater out of the sump.

On a pallet by truck, approx. 100kg. You need a forklift to unload. It cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
