Inground Removable Bollard – 90mm Sleeve Lock

90mm inground removable bollard with a sleeve lock — supplied as a set with its ground sleeve. The sleeve is cored into the ground or set in concrete and stays there; the post drops into it and is locked with a padlock. Lift the post out when you need the access open. 900mm stands above ground.

What makes this one different

The padlock is not supplied — it takes a standard padlock, so you can key it to an existing suite or use a restricted-key padlock.

Installation

1. Check for underground services before you core or dig.
2. Core the sleeve into the existing slab, or set it in fresh concrete, so its top sits flush with the finished surface.
3. Check the sleeve is plumb and let any concrete cure before use.
4. Drop the post in, fit your padlock and check it lifts out cleanly before you leave site.

Before you order

• The post lifts out, so you'll need somewhere to store it while the access is open. At 15kg it is a one-person lift.
• This is an access control bollard. It is not crash rated and is not tested to PAS 68 or IWA 14.
• If you would rather not manage a separate padlock, the key lock version has the lock built in and comes with two keys.
