The StarLock™ Star Picket Sign Mount is an innovative sign mounting bracket designed to provide a stronger, more stable fixing point for signs mounted to standard steel star pickets. Manufactured from UV-resistant polycarbonate, it delivers long-lasting outdoor performance while helping improve the strength, appearance, and durability of sign installations.

Unlike conventional star picket mounts that only support the narrow edge of a sign, the StarLock™ features a 75mm wide support face that distributes loads across a much larger area. This reduces movement, flexing, and stress around fixing points while helping signs remain flatter and more secure in outdoor conditions.

Installation

• Position the StarLock™ bracket on the star picket at the required height.
• Tighten the supplied stainless steel socket screw until the bracket is securely clamped to the picket.
• Attach the sign through its pre-drilled mounting holes using suitable fasteners for the sign material and thickness.
  

Installation Tip: For rigid aluminium composite panels and metal signs, use appropriate washers when fastening to help distribute the load evenly and further improve installation durability.
