Recommended Preparation Methods

Diamond Grinding:
- Removes old coatings, contamination, sealers, or curing agents.
- Opens concrete pores, ensuring optimal adhesion for the first coat.

- Hydrochloric acid is available at hardware or pool supply stores.
Diamond Tooling Grit Recommendations
- 30/40 grit: For hard concrete.
- 80 grit: For soft concrete.
- PCD plugs: To remove paint flakes, followed by grinding shoes for smoothing.

Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our products, it is not possible to provide free freight to remote regional areas or products which are excessively heavy. Is your order large and requiring a forklift?
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a forklift is available to unload any large, bulky orders which will be packed on a pallet. If redelivery with a tailgate truck is needed, extra charges will apply (if you are not sure please contact us)
