- When the order has been placed then send you a proof design/artwork to ensure you are happy before we print.
- Our standard lead time is 3-4 working days from artwork approval, please reach out to us if you need this earlier as we have an express service available upon request

- We will do our very best to ensure we design the sign to your requirements and even allow 1 amendment to the design for free however if multiple designs or amendments are required a $29 + GST design fee may apply.
- Looking for a size that is not in our popular range size ? Reach out to our friendly team as we are able to make any sign up to 1200mm high and 2400mm wide.

Free delivery for orders over $499.00 is provided on all orders to Australian Capital Cities and major regional areas. Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our products, it is not possible to provide free freight to remote regional areas or products which are excessively heavy. Place your order before 1.00pm on a weekday and in stock items will be shipped the same day (excludes Public Holidays).
Is your order large and requiring a forklift?
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a forklift is available to unload any large, bulky orders which will be packed on a pallet. If redelivery with a tailgate truck is needed, extra charges will apply (if you are not sure please contact us)
What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item is obtained. This will be reflected on your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed

Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our products, orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or by mail. All items are delivered by courier to ensure secure, reliable, prompt delivery
