This First Aid Kit comes fully stocked and as part of our Surefill™ instant refill program you can refill and service your client's kits quickly with refill pouches designed to fit into each case type. They provide quick access to all product through a unique centre slit pocket without the need of unpacking each individual product.

Free delivery for orders over $499.00 is provided on all orders to Australian Capital Cities and major regional areas. Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our products, it is not possible to provide free freight to remote regional areas or products which are excessively heavy. These items are noted as such on our Website
Place your order before 1.00pm on a weekday and in stock items will be shipped the same day (excludes Public Holidays).
Is your order large and requiring a forklift?
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a forklift is available to unload any large, bulky orders which will be packed on a pallet. If redelivery with a tailgate truck is needed, extra charges will apply (if you are not sure please contact us)
What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item is obtained. This will be reflected on your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed

Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our products, orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or by mail. All items are delivered by courier to ensure secure, reliable, prompt delivery
