Ordering Info / Guide
- Kick Panel is measured in linear metres.
- Prices are per metre.
- Please allow 2-3 days from the order date.
Determining Your Order:
Calculate the total length needed in millimeters and sum them. This gives you the total length required in meters.
Round up these measurements to the nearest meter (consult the Rounding Up Rule below). This is the quantity you'll be billed for.
For example:
If the total is 2500mm, it equals 2.5 meters, rounded up to 3 meters. Since the Kick Panel is sold per meter, I'll be charged for 3 meters as it's rounded up to the next meter.
I should input 3 in the Quantity Box to receive a total of 9 meters.
Rounding Up / DownIf the total falls between 2.1 and 2.4 meters, I'll be billed for 3 meters but will receive 3 meters.
This rule governs rounding up.
Please Note: The maximum length we can provide per piece is 4 meters (4000mm) continuously. For instance, if you need a total of 7.5 meters, you'll receive 4 piece of 4 meters and 1 piece of 3.5 meters, totaling 7.5 meters.

How are Kick Panels sold?
Kick Panels are sold per lineal metre. You need to calculate the total length required and round up to the next whole metre to determine the quantity to order.
Can I order custom lengths for Kick Panels?
Yes, you can order custom lengths. However, you need to round up your total required length to the next whole metre for pricing and ordering purposes. Note that the maximum length per piece is 4 metres, so longer orders will be split into multiple pieces.

Free delivery for orders over $499.00 is provided on all orders to Australian Capital Cities and major regional areas. Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our products, it is not possible to provide free freight to remote regional areas or products which are excessively heavy. These items are noted as such on our Website
Place your order before 1.00pm on a weekday and in stock items will be shipped the same day (excludes Public Holidays).
Is your order large and requiring a forklift?
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a forklift is available to unload any large, bulky orders which will be packed on a pallet. If redelivery with a tailgate truck is needed, extra charges will apply (if you are not sure please contact us)
What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item is obtained. This will be reflected on your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed
Delivery to Post Office Boxes
Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our products, orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or by mail. All items are delivered by courier to ensure secure, reliable, prompt delivery
