Approximately 40.5m², based on the recommended coverage rate of 2.7m² per litre at 210μm dry film thickness. For heavier applications or high-wear areas, actual coverage may be slightly lower.

How long does it take to dry?

Touch dry in around 5 minutes and trafficable in around 10 minutes under standard conditions (25°C, 50% relative humidity). Full cure takes up to 7 days. Cooler or more humid conditions will extend these times.

Can I apply this with a roller?

Roller application isn't recommended — the paint dries too quickly for an even finish. Airless spray is the recommended method for line marking work. A brush can be used for small touch-up areas.

Does this meet an Australian Standard?

Yes. Dulux A1 Roadmaster complies with AS4049.1, the Australian Standard for road marking materials, making it suitable for council, government, and commercial pavement marking projects.

Do I need reflective glass beads with this paint?

Glass beads aren't required but are recommended for retroreflectivity on roads and carparks used at night. Use at a ratio of 0.5kg of beads per litre of paint — 7.5kg per 15L pail.
