Cope Gate Post (fixed base) — the fixed-base post for a handrail gate

The Gate Post is the gate post for the Cope Modular Handrail system. Its fixed base bolts to concrete and carries a gate or swing section within a handrail run. Proudly Australian made, it bolts together with no welding — an allen key is all you need — and comes in hot-dip galvanised or powder-coated safety yellow.

When to use it: wherever a handrail run needs an opening — it provides the fixed, bolt-down post a gate hangs from or latches to.

To complete your run you'll also need Cope Rail (sold by the metre) and any connecting fittings — the stanchion is the post on its own.
