Cope Corner Stanchion — the post for changes of direction

The Corner Stanchion turns a handrail run through a corner. The rail meets it from two directions, holding a clean 90° change of direction. Proudly Australian made, it bolts together with no welding — an allen key is all you need — and comes in hot-dip galvanised or powder-coated safety yellow.

When to use it: anywhere a run changes direction at a corner. For straight sections use a Through Stanchion, and to finish a run use an End Stanchion. For angles other than a square corner, use a Variable Corner Stanchion.

To complete your run you'll also need Cope Rail (sold by the metre) and any connecting fittings — the stanchion is the post on its own.
