Yes. The applicator is the tool that lays the film. Pair it with our Sticky Back Carpet Protection rolls (available in 500mm and 1000mm widths, 100m per roll).

What roll widths does it take?

It's designed for self-adhesive protection films up to 1000mm wide — including both our 500mm and 1000mm carpet protection rolls.

Does it work on both carpet and hard floors?

Yes, provided you're using the matching self-adhesive film for the surface. The applicator lays the film; the film is what bonds to and protects the floor.

It's a manual push applicator — no power needed. You load the roll, position the film, and push the tool across the floor while the roller presses the film down flat.

Can one person use it?

Yes. That's the point of it — it replaces hand-laying film on your knees, which usually needs two people to keep runs straight.
