What's the difference between the B.I.G. and NIO training ranges?
They replicate two different intraosseous access device families used in clinical practice. B.I.G. reproduces a spring-loaded bone injection gun style device, while NIO reproduces a needle-less, impact-driven IO device, so training centres often stock whichever system matches the clinical device their trainees use in the field.
Can the training guns be reloaded and reused?
Yes. Reloader kits, foam cartridges and silicone skins are sold separately so training guns can be reset and reused across multiple training sessions rather than replaced each time.
