The Clinical Waste collection covers the equipment used to safely collect, contain and dispose of sharps and biohazardous waste generated in medical, dental, first aid and skin-penetration settings. It brings together sharps containers in a range of sizes, wall brackets, biohazard waste bags, needle handling tools and lockable disposal safes.

Under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (NSW), clinical waste is defined as waste from medical, nursing, dental, pharmaceutical or skin-penetration activity that has the potential to cause injury, infection or offence. This collection is aimed at healthcare providers, tattoo and piercing studios, first aid rooms, laboratories and any workplace that generates sharps or biohazard waste.

What's included:

• Sharps containers: AEROHAZARD sharps disposal containers from 125mL up to 17.5L, plus a 2L yellow sharps container safety bin
• Wall brackets and security safes: AEROHAZARD wall brackets for 1.4L and 2L containers, and the Yellow Armour steel security safe for lockable sharps storage
