Dingo Bitumen Quick Repair – Cold Mix Asphalt 20kg

Dingo Bitumen Quick Repair is a premium cold mix asphalt specifically engineered to remain pliable after application, allowing the product to eliminate small voids and crevices through the compaction process for a lasting, permanent finish.

Suitable for repairing potholes, driveways, paths, and road surfaces after harsh weather, this ready-to-use product requires no heating or special equipment — simply pour, spread, and compact.

Directions for Use:

1. Remove loose material, weeds, dust, and debris from the repair area.
2. Compact the base if required.
3. Apply evenly — do not exceed 30mm depth per application.
4. Leave for a few minutes, then compact using a roller, plate compactor, or hand tamper.
5. A 30mm layer will compact to approximately 25mm.
6. No reheating required. For depths greater than 50mm, multiple lifts are recommended.

Coverage:

• 60kg covers approximately 1m² at 23mm depth
• One 20kg bag covers approximately 0.33m² at 23mm depth

Curing:
Dingo Bitumen hardens gradually as the bonding agent dries out, progressing over several weeks depending on conditions and application depth. Surface can take light traffic shortly after compaction.

Note: Apply driveway sealers no earlier than 6 months after application. For use on private property or driveways unless authorised by relevant road authorities. Always use appropriate PPE and traffic control measures where required.
