When the order has been placed then send you a proof design/artwork to ensure you are happy before we print.
Our standard lead time is 3-4 working days from artwork approval, please reach out to us if you need this earlier as we have an express service available upon request

We will do our very best to ensure we design the sign to your requirements and even allow 1 amendment to the design for free however if multiple designs or amendments are required a $29 + GST design fee may apply.

To ensure prompt and secure delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Alternatively, please include "Authority to Leave" instructions on your order.

We pride ourselves on the fast reliable delivery of our items.

Free delivery for orders over $499.00 is provided on all orders to Australian Capital Cities and major regional areas. Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our products, it is not possible to provide free freight to remote regional areas or products which are excessively heavy. These items are noted as such on our Website

Place your order before 1.00pm on a weekday and in stock items will be shipped the same day (excludes Public Holidays).

Is your order large and requiring a forklift?

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a forklift is available to unload any large, bulky orders which will be packed on a pallet. If redelivery with a tailgate truck is needed, extra charges will apply (if you are not sure please contact us)

What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item is obtained. This will be reflected on your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed

Delivery to Post Office Boxes

Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our products, orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or by mail. All items are delivered by courier to ensure secure, reliable, prompt delivery

Returns

Why can I return a product?

The product does not match the description on Website or catalogue.
The product did not match the customer’s expectations.
The product is faulty or damaged.

What can be returned?

All products can be returned, as long as they are in original packaging and unused.

When do items need to be returned by?

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Where do items need to be returned to?
