EOFY Sale – Terms & Conditions (June 2026)
Promotion Period
This promotion is valid from 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 (inclusive) (“Promotional Period”).
Eligibility
- EOFY promotional pricing applies only to selected products as advertised.
- Discounts of up to 86% off apply to selected items only and are subject to availability.
Ordering & Invoicing
- All orders must be placed and invoiced no later than 30 June 2026 to qualify for EOFY pricing.
- Orders submitted during the Promotional Period but not invoiced by 30 June 2026 may not be eligible for promotional pricing.
- eSafety Supplies reserves the right to decline or adjust orders that cannot be fulfilled or invoiced within this timeframe.
Stock Availability & Backorders
- Products advertised in the EOFY Sale are subject to availability and while stock lats.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in accordance with the customer’s agreed trading terms.
- For customers without an active credit account, full payment is required prior to dispatch.
- Orders not paid within agreed terms may be cancelled or repriced at standard rates.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed and invoiced under EOFY pricing, changes or cancellations may not be permitted.
- Any approved changes may result in price adjustments or loss of promotional pricing.
Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping is available to delivery addresses based in Metropolitan Queensland, Metropolitan New South Wales and Metropolitan Victoria for orders over $3,000.00 + GST. Standard shipping rates apply to delivery addresses outside of these states.
- Free shipping is not available to orders placed online
- Delivery timeframes may be extended due to increased order volumes during EOFY.
- eSafety Supplies is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Order Collection
- All orders must be collected or dispatched prior to 30 June 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Orders not collected within this timeframe may incur storage fees or be subject to cancellation.
Returns & Refunds
- EOFY sale items are considered final sale unless faulty or not as described.
- Returns for change of mind may not be accepted on promotional items.
- Any approved returns will be processed in accordance with eSafety Supplies’ standard returns policy.
Promotional Restrictions
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or contract pricing.
- Promotional pricing does not apply to prior purchases or existing quotes unless explicitly confirmed.
Customer Service & Support
- Increased enquiry and order volumes may result in longer response and processing times.
- Customers are encouraged to place orders early to avoid delays or stock shortages.
General Conditions
- eSafety Supplies reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
